1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional adult toys manufacturer founded in 2008, located in Dongguan, China, with 100-150 employees and our own molds and production lines.

2. Can we get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome and samples can be arranged with the freight paid by the buyer. The sample cost can be deducted from the mass order.

3. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible. For regular items it is usually 100 pieces, and for OEM/ODM projects please contact us to confirm.

4. What certifications do your products have?
Our products are certified with CE, ROHS and REACH. Certificates can be provided upon request.

5. Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes, we support OEM/ODM including custom color, material, logo, packaging and private label design.

6. What is the delivery time?
For stock items, delivery is within 7-15 days after payment; for mass production it is usually 25-35 days depending on quantity.
